Skyjack’ s TH Series
Skyjack’ s TH series telehandlers provide a variety of features and attachments that increase customer utilization and limit downtime. Skyjack offers six updated models in the North American telehandler series, with lift capacities ranging from 5,500 pounds to 12,000 pounds and lift heights ranging from 19 feet, one inch to 56 feet, three inches. Maximum forward reach in the series ranges from 11 feet, one inch to 42 feet, four inches. These versatile machines support customers as they work at height, move cargo in tight spaces and navigate rough terrain.
Through the use of improved gearing and a high-efficiency hydraulics package, Skyjack’ s 74-horsepower telehandler engines deliver the same on-site job performance as higher horsepower units. The series offers SMARTORQUE, which is engineered to require no diesel particulate filters( DPF), no diesel exhaust fluid( DEF) and no other active exhaust aftertreatment. The unique rear axle stabilization( RAS) system increases stability and provides jobsite flexibility with three-mode steering operation. The FLEXDRIVE option allows operators to reduce drive speed and creep forward and reverse while maintaining all functions and hydraulic performance required to complete a job. Skyjack’ s telehandlers also feature a single multifunction pilot-operated joystick control.
The FLEXCAB, a standard feature of Skyjack’ s telehandlers, gives fleet operators increased flexibility and allows for easy conversion between open and enclosed cabs with simple hand tools. The bolt-on / bolt-off window retention system with easily sourced flat glass panels ensures minimal ownership costs and downtime. Skyjack’ s compact telehandler model, the SJ519 TH, further redefines the market with class-leading cab size.
The yoke-mounted READYHOOK is standard on most TH series telehandlers, and this technology allows for safe under-slinging of loads that match the maximum lift capability and help avoid the practice of using the forks as an underslung lifting device. Skyjack supports the rental industry with a wide variety of carriages, fork options and additional attachments designed to increase telehandler productivity to help customers tackle ever-changing jobsites. www. skyjack. com
Bobcat TL623
The Bobcat TL623 telehandler is a compact machine designed to deliver strong lift performance and versatility across a range of applications, including construction, agriculture, landscaping and snow removal. With a 6,000-pound lift capacity and 23-foot lift height, it provides the reach needed to place materials, load trucks or build and manage snow piles. Despite this capability, its compact footprint at 82.7 inches wide and 84.3 inches high allows it to maneuver through tight spaces, buildings and confined jobsites. The machine also offers up to 13 feet, three inches of forward reach and travel speeds up to 18.3 miles per hour to support efficient material handling and repositioning.
Attachment flexibility expands the TL623’ s usefulness across tasks and seasons. The standard Power Bob-Tach mounting system allows operators to change non-hydraulic attachments without leaving the cab and enables compatibility with select attachments used across other Bobcat compact equipment. This supports use with buckets, brooms, blades, pushers and snowblowers. For snow management specifically, the machine’ s lift height and reach support stacking or relocating material, while attachment options allow operators to match tools to conditions.
Powered by a Tier 4 turbocharged engine rated at 74.2 horsepower and designed to meet emissions requirements without a diesel particulate filter, the TL623 pairs performance with adaptable machine control. Five operating modes, including ECO, smooth drive, dynamic drive, flex drive and advanced attachment control, allow operators to tune machine response to the task. Four steering modes, including all-wheel, front-wheel, crab steer and semi-crab steer, further support maneuverability in confined or complex work environments. Operator interface and ride quality are supported through a single intuitive joystick with fingertip controls, the smart handling system for tailored boom movement, automatic ride control to reduce load spillage and a spacious cab with an integrated LCD display. www. bobcat. com
