Engineered Rigging Adds Advanced Testing for Hydraulic Equipment

Engineered Rigging has enhanced its Equipment Service Center in Russellville, Arkansas, to provide dynamic testing and certification for hydraulic cylinders, pumps and other high-pressure hydraulic equipment.
The upgraded capabilities allow equipment owners to send their machinery to the facility for comprehensive testing and servicing by Engineered Rigging’ s skilled technicians, trained in Holmatro’ s dynamic testing protocols.
“ Dynamic testing is a game changer for preventive maintenance. It optimizes equipment safety and performance and helps extend the life of your highpressure equipment,” Mike Beres, vice president of
Engineered Rigging said.
Dynamic testing simulates maximum load conditions( 105 % of capacity) in a controlled environment, allowing for the detection of potential issues, such as internal scratches or damage, that could lead to equipment failure.
