• Service Advisor Remote allows access to machines without having to visit the jobsite. Leslie Equipment Co. has the ability to view codes or update software from the shop, saving money by cutting down or eliminating the need for a service technician to respond.
• JDLINK tracks machine locations, hours, alerts and other diagnostic information, including idle time and fuel usage for maximizing fleet utilization. The system, which also sends machine alerts to help prevent failures and costly downtime, can be used in a JDLINK App on smart phones or tablets.
