Jeff Martin Auctioneers, Inc. of Hattiesburg, Mississippi, has announced a new partnership with The Manitowoc Company, Inc.(“ Manitowoc”), one of the world’ s premier crane manufacturers, to manage the sale of used assets. This strategic collaboration aims to support Manitowoc’ s ongoing sales efforts and provide exceptional opportunities for buyers in the construction and heavy equipment sectors.

Jeff Martin Auctioneers will leverage its proprietary retail and auction platforms to offer a range of equipment from Manitowoc and its associated brands, including Grove, Potain, National Crane and Shuttlelift. The assets will be featured on Jeff Martin Auctioneers ' website and with a variety of sales formats to cater to different buyer needs.

The new partnership with Jeff Martin Auctioneers is expected to enhance Manitowoc’ s ability to reach a broader audience and streamline the acquisition of high-quality cranes and equipment for buyers worldwide.

The Salvation Army has received an $ 885,000 equipment donation from Bobcat Company to enhance relief efforts in the wake of Hurricanes Helene and Milton.

The donation includes 23 critical items, such as forklifts, generators and light towers, which will be stored in Emergency Disaster Services( EDS) warehouses and deployed as needed across the Southeast.

Previously, The Salvation Army often had to rent equipment after disasters, adding logistical challenges and costs.

This donation will allow for faster and more efficient response, improving support for affected communities.

“ This equipment will not only help with our immediate response efforts to Hurricanes Helene and Milton but will also save valuable time and money responding to future disasters,” Commissioner Kenneth Hodder, national commander of The Salvation Army said.
