The Liebherr PR 776 Litronic mining dozer is said to be the world’ s largest hydrostatic dozer, delivering unmatched power and efficiency for mining operations. With an operating weight of 158,292 to 161,354 pounds and a blade capacity ranging from 24.20 to 28.80 cubic yards, the PR 776 is built to handle demanding tasks such as ripping, pushing, stockpiling, clearing and reclaiming materials in mines worldwide.
Powered by a 565 kW( 768 hp) engine, the PR 776 offers constant power and exceptional performance, thanks to its intelligent driveline and hydraulic systems. Develon DD100
The DEVELON DD100 dozer is designed for power and efficiency, offering 115.3 horsepower at 2,200 rpm. With an operating weight of 23,589 pounds( 10,700 kg), it provides excellent traction and pushing power for demanding jobs.
The machine features a 6-way variable-angle blade and a blade float function, making it ideal for precision grading and smooth surfaces. Visibility is enhanced by allglass doors, a rearview camera and high-illumination LED lights, ensuring the operator has an unobstructed view of the work area.
DEVELON’ s unique undercarriage system, which includes dual-flange rollers, helps extend the machine’ s life and reduces operating costs. The machine’ s easy-to-maintain design and affordable replacement parts further contribute to its cost-effectiveness.
For added precision, the DD100 can be equipped with 2D and 3D grading technologies, which improve productivity by assisting operators of all skill levels with more accurate grading. The machine is customizable with a 3D machine control system for automatic blade adjustments based on GPS coordinates.
